Stingers Sevens is a great way to stay in rugby shape over the summer and loads of fun. We plan to participate in at least four tournaments and are open to all levels of play. No experience necessary, and we will field as many sides as possible. If interested in playing Sevens this summer please contact Liz Bolton.
Practice Info:
Practices are going to be Tuesdays and Thursdays starting June 2 at 7pm
at Anacostia Park, right off of the Pennsylvania Ave. East exit of 295
in the District. (See Mapquest
Map - Enter 1600 Fairlawn Avenue, Washington, DC to get directions
to the park from your home or office). Attending only once a week is fine.

2004 Season
Last
year, the Stingers participated in five tournaments, including the First
Annual MARFU Invitational Women's Sevens Championship. The team came away
with some strong finishes, including 2nd place in the Rocky Gorge Tournament
and 4th place in the PAC Tournament's first ever Women's Division.
